职位职能: 海运操作
职位描述:

一、岗位描述：
负责跟进公司客户订舱、单证审核、报关、拖车等一系列操作工作，为客户提供优质服务。
二、岗位要求：
◆ 教育背景：国际贸易、物流、船舶等相关专业，大专以上学历。
◆ 培训经历：受过国际贸易等物流行业方面的相关培训。
◆ 工作能力：
1、有较好的表达能力和社交沟通能力。
2、行业相关岗位经验两年以上，同职位工作经验一年以上。

3、有FMS操作经验者优先考虑。深圳户籍、懂广东话优先考虑。
4、熟悉整套进出口海运操作流程，能熟练使用英文与客户进行邮件沟通，海外操作则需具备英语口语与客户进行日常的交流。

◆ 心态：服务意识强，良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力，善于沟通，有团队协作精神，责任心强,能承受工作压力。
备注：有行业经验者优先考虑。
