Purpose of the job:
*Maximise competetiveness on price, customer experienced quality and function on assigned product ranges.

Assignments:
* Secure customer experienced quality.
* Optimise construction and material use in relation to production conditions.
* Analyse, formulate and implement learnings from production conditions , materials and techniques in product development.
* Secure full product documentation.
* Stay abreast with legislative product compliance and ensure products are certified and tested as required.
* Identify methods, construction and materials to meet product requirements with a minimised cost.
* Lead the risk analysis process for all assigned projects.

KPIs:
* Quality cost
* Customer Experienced quality
* Speed to market
* Price development on existing range

Knowledge:
* Knowledge of product development process.
* Knowledge and experience in home furnishing product construction and documentation.
* Material competence within working area.
* Experience from Product manafacturing processes
* Knowledge about legislative product demands in EU countries
