任职要求：
1、 平面设计、视觉传达设计或相关专业的毕业文凭 ，5年以上专业的平面设计经验；
2、 敏锐的设计演示文稿；
3、 摄影/构图的知识；
4、 对设计和文化趋势有一定的知识和兴趣；
5、 知识的体验式事件和国际市场的一个加号；
6、 熟练Adobe Creative Suite；
7、 良好的排版、颜色和图形设计技巧；
8、 非常了解印刷及生产标准，并能与供应商探讨产品的技术规范；
9、 拥有对设计和产品质量的激情，注重细节，能够在创意和商业机会之间取得平衡；
10、 具有很强的工作能力和项目管理技能，能够同时处理多个项目；
11、 能够在紧张日程安排和快速发展周期下有效的工作；

2、产品用户手册文案写作 (英语)
3、社交媒体营销规划/互动/更新 （youtube / Twitter/Facebook )
4、网站升级-新功能和规划
5、产品商标放置设计
6、产品使用手册的布局设计
7、产品包装设计

未来的平面设计工作范围
1、产品摄影
2、产品数字成像
3、社交媒体内容生产
4、网站维护-新产品的图片、 规格和功能上传
5、挑战者网站 Valore 部分更新

Graphic Designer Position

We are looking for designers that can visually deliver creative ideas and concept. We are interested in designers with a keen understanding of art direction, marketing, visual communication and branding. You will be creating clean and impactful graphic content for the new generation of products and online media, including responsibilities to produce collaterals and creative packaging ideas.
We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual with a get-it-done attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should also enjoy design and have true passion for the field.
This is a full-time position that has incredible potential to evolve as the company rapidly expands.

Candidate should have:
A good eye for design and presentation
Solid typography, colour, and graphic design skills
Strong project management skills and ability to work
Seamlessly on multiple projects
Knowledge in photography/composition
Knowledge and interest in design and cultural trends
Knowledge of experiential events and international markets a plus.
Requirements:
At least a diploma in graphic design, visual communication design or related field by time of graduation
More than 2 years of professional graphic design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Must be extremely organized with high attention to detail
Passion for design and product quality
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Familiarity with tight schedules and fast development cycles
Appreciation of the balance between creative and business opportunities
Strong knowledge in printing & production standards and ability to liaise with vendors/suppliers in technical specification
