1．Over 8 years quality control experience for knitting/woven in garment industry and 3 years experience in the same position;
8年以上针/梭织服装品质管理经验；同等职位3年以上工作经验；
2. Be familiar with fabric-4 point system, grade score; production flow, production-AQL standard;
熟悉验布4分制及评分，熟悉大货生产流程, 熟悉大货AQL 验货标准;
3. Rich experience in washing, embroidery, strike off and heat seal transfer print;
有洗水，车花，印花，热转印等品质控制经验；
4 . College or above education, good hearing, spoken and written English; good command of excel, word, outlook(email) and other software; able to
communicate with overseas buyer direct.
大专或以上文化程度，英语听说写熟练；熟练使用办公软件, 可直接跟海外客人沟通.
5. Main duties include :
- Allocate QA/QC daily work; and supervise factory quality,
分配QA/QC日常工作,监管本厂品质;
- Advise comments to make correction once there is production issues happened;
大货生产异常，提供修改或补救方案；
- Evaluate sub-contracting factories’ capability and supervise quality;
评估外发工厂生产能力，管理外发工厂品质；
6. Priority to those who had experience working overseas. He / she will report direct to factory General Manager.
有海外工厂工作经验者优先考虑，此职位长驻柬埔寨. 汇报对象為工厂总经理
