Job description:

1.Set up, review and improve all the procedure and policy in Engineering, including product develop, quotations, SOP set up, material consumption, ST set up and so on.

2. Optimize manufacturing process, balance line by Lean Concept and Industrial Engineering Tools, shorten manufacturing cycle time.

3. Handle abnormal status during bulk production.

4. Be in charge of testing, evaluation of new technology, processing and so on.

5. Improve tools and facilities in production to improve production efficiency.

6. Improve and implement effective layout and logistics to improve production efficiency.

7. Join in improvement of production system to improve production efficiency.

8. Implement prevention of wrong-done to improve quality.

9. Analyze and follow up any NCR, develop and follow up improving action plan.

10. Analyze and follow up any complain from customers.

11. Analyze and follow up any rework or material re-issue.

12. Other tasks arranged by manager.

Requirement:

1. Colleague degree or equivalent qualifications, preferably in industrial engineering.

2. Working Experience, not required.

3. Knowledge of IE, including ST, motion study, processing, line balance, 5S, Lean, and so on.

4. Good at English, including Speaking, writing and reading.

5. Microsoft office, including Word/Excel/PowerPoint, CAD or AI is preferable.

6.Active, creative, responsible, patient, easy-going on, Yes attitude.
