- 熟悉所有主要毛衫纱线/面料市场和款式
- 高超的团队领导力和杰出的与买手之间的交流经验
- 思想开通，责任心强，拥有和多部门管理者合作的经验
- 与中国供应商和团队沟通出色
- 英文听说读写能力良好；电脑水平良好；很强的学习能力；良好的沟通协调能力及人际关系技巧；良
好的培训技巧和人员发展管理能力；能承受高强度压力；团队合作精神
- 有相关美国公司经理经验者优先考虑
