Responsibilities:
Overall Function Requirement:
Communicating between China customers, RFMD U.S HQ and RFMD Beijing plant Supply Chain Management to provide high levels of customer service in support of achievement of the regional business objectives and the company's customer satisfaction goals:

Job descriptions:
Customer Service Support:
1. Coordinate Wkly and monthly customer forecast update.
2. Keep track of price quote for distributors, contract manufactures, and direct account customers.
3. Ensure timely/accurate processing of new orders and change orders, including communications with customers as required.
4. Ensure customer backlog is accurate at all times.
5. Ensure timely/accurate processing of sample requests, including communications with customers as required.
6. Proactively monitor and resolve credit issues to ensure shipments remain on schedule.
7. Proactively track order status to ensure timely shipments, while keeping account manager(s) and customer updated as necessary.
8. General requested sales reports.
9. Backup other CS team members on their account when necessary.

Requirements:
1.Spoke and write English well.
2.Able to use computer software well, such as Excel, PPT and the ability to use SAP is a plus.
3.3 years plus CS Work experience in similar industry is a must.
4.Accounting background is preferred.
5.Bachelor’s degree and above in Business Administration, Accounting, International Trade or Foreign Language.
