海运操作

工作职责

· 分航线负责出口海运货物的操作、完善操作流程，优化成本

· 负责整理汇总本地段成本，报给国外分公司、代理

· 收到booking及时跟客户沟通处理客户订单，联系提货，清关，交仓确保货物及时发出。向船公司订舱，放SO给客户

· 负责处理操作的海运货物的异常情况处理等

· 向FOB客户推公司的海、空运及拖车报关业务（享受20%GP奖金)

· 推动工作计划的顺利进行，对作业质量、服务质量进行有效的监控，达到提高工作效率，提升服务质量，降低成本的目标

职位要求：

· 大学专科以上；

· 3年以上国际货代工作经验，1年以上的相关岗位经验；

· 拥有良好的沟通以及人际关系处理能力；

· 良好的英语书面以及口头表达能力

· 个性主动积极，良好的客户服务意识

· 有货代同行资源者优先考虑

· 沟通协调能力强，能以良好的服务态度处理客户的投诉及纠纷
