职位描述
Possition Summary:
* Process optimization in machine manufacturing. Such as create & improving the standard process in design, assembly and machining process. Performing DMF and DFA for machine cost down and lead time reduction.
* Communicate and work with different parties in the 3P and moonshine workshop to complete the ESI and LOR for the machine development and manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
* Create and roll out the process control plan PCP in assembly and machining team
* Link with BU and M&S design engineer to work out the LOR from 3P workshop and moonshine workshop
* Work with SCS to outsource the machinery parts to outside machining vendor
* Follow up the production problem solving for the sub-contracted Mfg vendors.
* Handle the new technology transfer, install the plant facility and production equipment, factory layout
* Lead local engineer team to support workflow layout / jigs and fixture design
* Maintain the SS&G database.
Requirements :
* Bachelor's Degree Mechanical/ Process Engineering with specialization in Factory Automation / Automation / Mechatronics / Machinery
* At least 5 years experience in Process Engineering in machinery development
* Self-motivated & able to perform under pressure
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Gemba Kaizen and micro motor assembly process is an advantage
* Good written & oral skills in Mandarin and English
* Familiar with MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
