Job description:
1. Be responsible for general administrative support in a efficient and cost effective manner, including:
a) Travel arrangement
b) VIP guest reception
c) Office supplies purchase and distribution
d) Business card printing
e) Special event
2. Greet visitors and man the switchboard
3. Arrange shuttle bus and company cars
4. Work with sourcing department to select and manage vendors for transportation, canteen, security and housekeeping in order to meet the service level and improve continuously.
5. Help EHS to distribute PPE to new hires
6. Other administration tasks assigned by manager.

Job requirements:
1. College or above degree
2. Interested in admin and reception function
3. Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking)
4. Good command of Microsoft Office application
5. Good interpersonal skills, proactive, attention to details and well organized
6. Team spirit
