招聘要求 Qualifications:

Education: Master degree in Engineering or a comparable study.

Experience:
Minimum 3 years experiences in quality department and implementation/auditing quality management system according to ISO9001. Preferred in the automotive industry.

Specific knowledge/skills：
Knowledge of ISO9001 based on automotive related QM system. Preferred ISO9001 certified auditor.
English knowledge in word and writing.
Chinese would be an advantage.

岗位职责 Work Responsibilities:

1. Self-organization
Checking, evaluating and assessing the working process of subordinates and Project Teams.
Control the own work on basis of goals, key indicators and reporting and manager.
Enhance the co-operation with the other functional departments.

2. Alignment
Lead in the development of QM system, internal reviews, audits and workgroups. Align all necessary responsibilities within the BDNT organization to ensure a conflict free implementation of QM system.

3. Planning and Control
Plan, co-ordinate and steer the QM activities to keep the overall aligned timeline for QM system. Control the achievement of QM goals and if necessary – in coordination with supervisor – implement some measures to keep timeline and reach the goals.
Define CIP measure with all departments to improve the QM system including the relevant processes and targets.

4. Compile Processes/Documents for Quality Department
Plan, co-ordinate and implement Quality related processes and documents to ensure the smooth operation of the Q department including all relevant processes.

5. Management Review
Plan, preparing and organizing the yearly management review.

6. Internal System Audits
Plan and lead the Internal System Audits. Identify the issues, defining measures with the responsible VP’s and review the implementation of the measures to ensure the improvement of the processes and the entire QM system.
