A. Job Description

1. Set up, review and improve all the procedure and policy in Engineering, including product develop, quotations, SOP set up, material consumption, ST set up and so on;

2. Optimize manufacturing process, balance line by Lean Concept and Industrial Engineering Tools, shorten manufacturing cycle time;

3. Handle abnormal status during bulk production;

4. Improve tools and facilities in production to improve production efficiency;

5. Improve and implement effective layout and logistics to improve production efficiency;

6. Join in improvement of production system to improve production efficiency.

7. Implement prevention of wrong-done to improve quality;

8. Analyze and follow up any NCR, develop and follow up improving action plan.

9. Analyze and follow up any product complain from customers which is caused by engineering side;

10. Analyze and follow up any rework or material re-issue;

11. Be responsible of 5S in factory;

12. Work together with production to set up kanban system;

13. Other tasks arranged by boss.

B. Competency Requirement

1. Education Background:

Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications, preferably in textile or engineering.

2. Working Experience:

5 years’ experience in IE or technology, and 2 years as supervisor.

3. Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of IE, including ST, motion study, processing, line balance, 5S, Lean, and so on.

4. Language Skills

Good at English, including Speaking, writing and reading.

5. IT Skills

Microsoft office, including Word/Excel/PowerPoint, CAD or AI is preferable

6. Trait

Active, creative, responsible, patient, easy-going on, Yes attitude;
