美工设计兼采购助理

1）此岗位主要是协助本公司经理（国外人士）做一些公司产品彩页，目录册，以及用office建立和修改公司常用文档

2）此岗位需要的技能 A>良好的英语或者法语掌握能力，能与外国人做基本的口语和邮件沟通

B>对photoshop , coreldraw , adobe illustrator 等常用美工设计软件有熟练的掌握能力

C>熟悉office word , excel 和PPT的基本操作

3) 日常工作 A> 用office套件协助经理制作基本的公司文档比如报价单，装箱单，商业发票等等，并且负责美化以及归档

B> 根据供应商提供的产品图片以及文字资料，用coreldraw或者adobe illustrator以及powerpoint制作公司的产品彩页，目录，并且负责维护和更新

Artwork designer and manager assistant

1）This job is mainly the artwork designer and manager assistant( foreigner manager who speak English and French)

2) Skills required : A> Good command of English or French , able to communicate with foreigner for some basic subjects and for works

B> Good command of Photoshop , CorelDraw , adobe illustrator that most artwork designer use to make the catalogue and other propaganda materials

C> Good command of office excel , word and PowerPoint to make the basic files of a company such as proforma invoice , purchase order , packing list etc

3) Daily work description: A> use the office suit software ( excel , word and powerpoint)to create or modify the basic files of a company such as invoice , packing list

B> create and update catalog , datasheet with the pictures and words provided by supplier
