Job Description:

In the role of a Project Coordinator (Packaging), you will

· manage activities of multiple internal and external parties involved in the packaging design process (i.e. vendors, agencies, designers, suppliers, printers, manufactures, etc.)

· upfront engage with sourcing team to identify and develop vendor capabilities

· analyze engineering influence of packaging design, suggest workable solutions and develop the package design for optimizing costs, quality, and manufacturing operations

· manage packaging and manufacturing vendor to ensure the final product meets the approved design specifications

· delegate tasks and oversee the work of a Project Controller

· lead projects, determine key project status information and report project status updates and project needs to all pertinent parties

Essential Skills required:

· a passion for music and packaging

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Printing Management, Packaging or related field

· professional packaging manufacturing experience in a factory is preferred

· experience in managing and delivering multiple projects

· ability to analyze a situation, create solutions and problem solve

· ability to work independently and as a team-player

· good interpersonal skills, particularly in collaboration, facilitation, and team building

· excellent English and Chinese both in speaking and writing

· familiar with with Adobe illustrator and AutoCAD

· outgoing, adaptable, responsible and can-do attitude
