- Electromechanical background


- good reading and understanding electrical schematic and specifications of electromechanical components
- available to have frequent business trips most of all in Dongguan region but not only


- available to relocate in Jangsu area, if necessary
- able to give support by e-mail to European Headquarter in case of any dispute
- experience on electric motors technology and manufacturing process

- good IT skills


- basic English knowledge (writing and reading)




following skills would be considered as a plus:


- experience on system and process audits at the premises of new suppliers to qualifying them and maintenance audit
- management of transfer of information (drawings, specifications, materials, methodology and measuring instruments) with new suppliers for effective start-up of the new items and new moulds
- management of the process of submitting samples (PPAP) from suppliers
- docs analisys: FMEA, Process Capability
- dimensional, functional and visual checks of samples
