Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate pick and pack procedures and report on the status of the relevant shipments.
2.Proactively check and ensure all relevant paperwork and customs clearance documents are in place prior to hub delivery.
3.Ensuring New products meet all compliance standards- UPC Codes, Descriptions, Importer labelling, COO reporting any discrepancies to Vendors and customers.
4.Proactive response time on booking of stock into TNS/PCH System to allow for Pick and Pack.
5.Actively manage Vendor Supply procedure, issues, requirements and queries to final resolution.
6.Responsible for ensuring consistent supply communication on all TNS vendor partners.
7.Co-ordinate and manage Open Purchase Ordering and delivery status.
8.Ad Hoc reporting.
9.Ensure all Scheduled Deliveries are meeting estimated times of arrivals provided to Customers.
10.Customer relation with 3PL Hubs, providing all queries and outstanding issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
11.Set up and maintain product information on the operating system. Ensuring System requirements are met, updated and followed to completion.
12.Coordinating stock allocation and up to date in stock reconciliation in a timely manner.
13.Responsible for announcement of delays, constraints and any logistical issue.
14.Provide excellent customer service to colleagues, PCH business units, vendors and customers.
15.Contribute to ongoing development of customer service to enhance the service provided.
16.Adhere to all company procedures and policies.
17.Always maintain a professional and positive attitude when representing TNS externally.
18.Maintain and be aware of the need for self-motivation and self responsibility in daily role.
19.Establish and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Warehousing, Finance, Purchasing, and the Logistics teams to optimise the robustness of the business.
20.Contribute to regular submissions to the Director and Team Leader.
21.Contribute to Process Improvement initiatives.
22.Provide back up for team members where required and where critical to business operations.
23.Oversee and participate in Annual Performance Planning and Review.
24.Participate in any other duties/projects as directed by Senior Management.
Requirements:
1.2-3 years experience in a similar or administrative role
2.Diploma or above in Supply Chain/Business/Logistics
3.Strong English with at least TEM 8 qualifications or CET or IELTS 6 qualifications(Both spoken and written English)
4.Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system knowledge
5.Advanced Excel essential
6.Competency using Microsoft Office package (Word, Outlook & PowerPoint).
7.Demonstrated career success to date.
8.Proven Customer Service skills, proven capacity to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
9.Experience in an FMCG or customer support environment.
10.Knowledge of distribution.
11.Knowledge of administrative procedures.
12.Product knowledge a distinct advantage.
