Position Description:

The position is mainly supporting Japan B2B including Japan EDI production support, new implementations and B2B projects. This individual will be required to perform analysis of data, work with business partners to understand requirement, develop & test program, work with Managed Service B2B vendor to resolve issues and provide solution for business team, and etc.

The successful candidate needs to have deep understanding and experience in participating all phases of project development lifecycle. As this position supports clients and works with business team in Japan and Singapore closely, sometimes he/she needs to contact external customers, works with global B2B team, the candidate must have good written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English. The candidate needs to have development and support experience in order to successfully perform required B2B role.

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent - Good verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English. - Min 4 years of experience in distributed system development or support work. - Min 3 years of experience in development and production support in B2B/EDI (X12, EDIFACT, RN, etc.) - Good understanding of Supply Chain business process - Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, best practices, and procedures used in Java technologies. - Flexible to work off hours for production support and be on call to support production issues. - Knowledge and experience with ERP project or ERP integration project is a plus.
