职位描述
1、Be in charge of the customer service for East China customer.
2、Set up the customer code for new customer, key the order in SAP system, offer the order confirmation as well as related invoice to customer.
3、Keep close contact logistics team and sales& marketing team, process the customer order schedule pull in or pull out inquiry, monitor and follow up the customer payment.
4、Manage the customer related document including the quotation and related order file.
5. Manage the sample stock in VAC Shanghai office and help sales to send the sample to customer
6. Manage the customer service team and report to China sales manager.
