岗位职责：
1、协助制定人力资源战略规划和年度人力资源需求计划，做好人才储备工作；
2、根据现有编制及业务发展需求，协调、统计各部门的招聘需求，编制年度人员招聘计划；
3、充分利用各种招聘渠道发布招聘广告，寻求招聘机构；
4、执行招聘、甄选、面试、选择、安置工作；
5、建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制；
6、配合完成其他相关人力资源模块工作。

任职资格：
1、全日制本科，人力资源或管理相关专业；
2、3年以上独立主导招聘工作经验；
3、对中高层人才招聘有独到体会和相应渠道；
4、熟悉各种招聘渠道，尤其针对物流行业招聘渠道，精通各种面试方法与技巧；
5、有猎头招聘或电子商务/物流行业招聘经验者优先考虑。
6、性格外向，人际关系良好，善于沟通协调；
7、承压能力强，具备很强的责任感和事业心。
