The successful candidate
You will be joining a dynamic team that is responsible for handling and growing our business with local and International luxury hotels, agents and distributors across Asia.

Responsibilities:
? To handle sales orders for distributors and customers
? To prepare invoicing and quotations to customers
? To handle order processing and order follow up
? To make sure shipments arrive on time
? To manage forecasts & inventory for assigned accounts
? To prepare Sales Presentations & Marketing Collateral
? To prepare tenders

Job Requirements:
? University graduated with 3 years or above in order processing, customer services, supply chain management
? Experience in using ERP
? Experience in process improvement would be an advantage
? Excellent in English and Mandarin
? Excellent knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
? Skillful using on photo processing software would be an advantage
? Experience in Inventory Management would be an advantage
? Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
