要求：
至少五年以上小家电，美容美发用具，圣诞灯，室内灯，太阳能灯，烧烤炉，按摩浴缸等产品的质量管理工作经验，英语口语流利，表达能力强，对待工作认真负责，善于学习。
Requirements:
- at least 5 years working experience on Home Appliance, X'mas Lighting, Indoor Lighting, BBQ, etc.
- know very well about the European standards for the above products.
- excellent ability both in oral English and in written.
Tasks:
- Together with local and Swedish colleagues develop products and Suppliers that fulfil our Customers expectations
- Secure that ”Safe, durable and fully functional products” are delivered from our Suppliers
- Steer and support our Suppliers Quality and CSR development
- Follow the development of Customer returns on product and Supplier level and initiate actions when required
- Be the driving force to identify the root cause on Quality deviations and implement sustainable corrective actions
- Perform risk analysis on products and productions
- Combine technical knowledge and Customer view with cost efficient solutions
- Supplier evaluation from Quality and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) perspective
Responsibility:
- Secure that all products leaving our Suppliers factories fulfils Rusta minimum demands on Quality ”Safe, durable and fully functional” and valid legislations
- Improve Customer satisfaction on ”your” products with >20% per year
- Involve Purchasers, Quality Inspectors and Suppliers in continuous improvements based on Customers and inspection findings
- Implement sustainable corrective actions on products that have been released by our Supplier but blocked in warehouse or stores

RUSTA AB is a Swedish company with head office in Stockholm and 71 stores all over Sweden. Today Rusta has over 1100 employees working in the stores, warehouses or offices in Sweden and Asia. Rusta is its own importer and wholesaler, as well as distributor and retailer. Rusta's mission is to offer a wide range of functional and fashionable products that give many people much of the money.
