职位描述
Parts production and Quality Management
- Magage the process and solve all the issues to make sure supplier can build our parts and build it correctly and in time through the parts’ whole lifecycle including NPI,mass production and service life
- Ensure quality issues identified on current products are addressed for spare parts
- Work with partners and suppliers to ensure quality issues are addressed on older products
- Develop and maintain quality processes for spare parts at all major partners and suppliers
Technical Support
- Ensure close and cooperative relationship with Suppliers
- Ensure good and cooperative relationship with Service Parts Planners
- Be able to drive and implement projects with Asian partners and internal Lexmark
- Assist WW Engineering and SBM teams to ensure product cost reductions are implemented on spare parts
Sourcing Activities:
- Look for alternate solutions for sourcing issues
- Understand total costs and recommend supply chain alternatives for existing and older product spare parts
Reporting:
- Ensure monthly quality reports are sent from all major suppliers
- Monthly project status reports to direct manager and WW Field Service Engineering management
- Quarterly reporting on Supplier Performance Measurement Program for Service Parts’ Quality Metrix
Project Management:
- Ensure take ownership for assigned projects
- Monthly project review with direct manager and WW Field Service Engineering management
- Take initiative to provide solution, correcting action, countermeasure, etc, in order to meet target of all of the projects and being able to drive & implement projects across function.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:.
- BS Engineering
-Minimum 5 years professional experience in Service parts /product engineering
- Be adaptable and be interested in service parts engineering
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent English (CET 6)
-Experienced in printer HW/Service engineering
-Experienced&skilled in projects management
- Having Master data management experience would be preferred
- Being familiar with PLM system will be preferred
- Ability to work under heavy pressure and being able to manage stress
- Excellent team player
- Ability to work in a multicultural and changing environment
- Rigorous, well organized and able to manage priorities
- Experience in Field Service / Spare Parts business would be a plus
- 6 Sigma Green Belt (Minimum) qualification is a plus
