Responsibilities :
- Report to the AP Credit Manager, the candidate is responsible for credit and collection activities.
- Able to Identity and resolve any payment problem (i.e. long past due invoices) at an early stage.
- Monitor the situation of A/R outstanding balance by customer.
- Follow up customer disputes and actively coordinate with Sales and Marketing, and CS team.
- Handle ad hoc assignments for management.

Required Skills :
- University degree in business or a relevant discipline.
- Some work experience in Accounting; work experience in sales support/administration is also acceptable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-motivation and able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Knowledge of Oracle is an add advantage.
