Cal-Scan belongs to the DEMEYERE Group, a family owned company founded in 1909 and specialized
in mass market furniture. We have presently an opening for Sales Assistant position, located in our Shekou,Shenzhen office.
As sales assistant you will support 1 sales executive in his daily customer follow up.
Missions will include:
- Coordination with sourcing team to retrieve offers
- Send offers to customers based on sales team instructions
- Pro-actively contact customers by phone to follow up with offers
- Handle all work related to orders: send proforma invoices, coordinate with sourcing,
follow up with shipments and payments
- Coordinate marketing tools edition, such as catalogue, product sheets, mailing, etc…
Working days: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: around 5000RMB/month, negotiable
Candidate Requirements:
-Gender: Female
-Language: Fluent English with good accent, Chinese Mandarin
-No furniture experience required but must be fast learner
-Being open-minded, ambitious and dynamic
