About the Job

We are looking to add multiple International Sales Representatives, We are a premier export supplier of electronic products, with a focus in promotional gifts.

Duties as an International Sales Representative

1.Learn the product lines, customers, and procedures
2.Provide timely feedback to customer inquiries regarding pending orders and shipments, expedite as needed to meet promised deadlines
3.Establish and maintain order files to ensure completeness and easy retrieval of information
4.Perform other duties as assigned by senior staff
5.Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on products and pricing
6.Maintain and develop positive working relationships with customers and vendors
7.Respond to inquiries, RFQ's and questions from customers
8.Request information and quotes from vendors, prepare quotes for customers and enter orders following company guidelines for pricing and shipping
9.Candidate Attributes
10.Bachelor's degree in English, Business or other relative major.
11.Excellent time management, advanced organization and analytical skills with strong follow through, problem solvingskills and attention to detail
12.Able to communicate complicated issues simply and effectively via written correspondence
13.Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently and communicate to other staff when conflicting deadlines arise
14.Proactive and able to make sound judgments while working independently
15.Advanced computer skills including working with spreadsheets and formulas
16.Proficient in oral and written English.

17.With the operation experience of Alibaba or Global sources is perfect.
