任职条件：
1、男性，年龄25至35岁，中专学历以上。
2、熟悉运用Office软件。
3、有一定的固定资产、仓库物料、员工宿舍管理经验。
岗位要求：
1、 建立固定资产管理台帐，负责每月定期盘点仓库物料，确保每月账实对应。
2、办理所有资产的入库、出库、保管、维修、报废等手续。
3、 负责每月定期报送各类仓库管理报表（积压物品、仓库管理情况等）。
4、负责项目员工宿舍资产的采购、管理、维护、维修工作。
5、负责员工宿舍日常管理工作，包括但不限于人员登记、安全卫生、租金核算。发现异常问题，及时上报。
6、负责对接配餐公司，收集员工对配餐的意见及建议，保证用餐安全与提升用餐质量。
7、定期对宿舍租金、配餐等相关费用的申请报批、按时支付。
