Job Description:
1.Co-operating and communicating with shippers and forwarders.
2.Sourcing and procurement function for new parts or raw materials.
3.Negotiate price with Suppliers.
4.Follow-up with Supplier to ensure On Time delivery of samples and related documents.
5.Conduct benchmarking and strategic sourcing activities for supplier base optimization.
6.Provide a cost effective solution for the material supply chain taking into account the total cost of ownership (i.e. yields, cycle times, transport, warehousing, etc.).
7.Ability to negotiate contractual commitments with Suppliers that are in the best interests of the company.
Requirement:
1.Education Background:
Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications.Major in International trading or relevant specialty.
2.Working Experience:
At least 4 years working experience on purchase role, Experience in a Manufacturing environment.
3.Knowledge & Skills
1).Proven track record of cost down achievements.
2).Ability to prioritize workload, delivering to deadlines and managing several projects.
3).Good interpersonal skills.
4).Good understanding of Quality Management Systems.
5).Strategic thinking skills required.
4.Language Skills
Good at English, including Speaking, writing and reading.
5.IT Skills
Microsoft office, including Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
6.Trait

Sample King is a manufacturing facility setup in 2006 in Shenzhen China to produce fabric samples for the world-wide interior decorative textiles industry.
