Advanced Specialist IT Project Management

Tasks

- The IT department at BBA is responsible for IT projects in Production, Sales, Finance, dealer development, training, service and HR. In the next years there are many projects announced. For these projects, the Project Manager plays two key roles: one is IT facing, and the second is internally focused toward sales, training and aftersales etc business IT activities.

Key Responsibility

- Lead and deliver effective IT project management in related business area

- Manage, perform and track the projects plan ,scope, budget and milestones

- Define and control all project deliverables for all relevant parities in different project phases

- Monitor / advice regarding resource utilization and alignment with project needs

- Plan in / or support Quality Assurance reviews with QAP

- Analyze the business issue/ process in aftersales area and provide the solution to users

- Communicate and coordinate with the users for the better understanding of the system and the processes

- Steering and manage supplier to delivery project management service with high quality, and also work in international environment to achieve the project target

Qualification

- Bachelor degree in computer science

- Strong Excel, Powerpoint, presentation skill

- Project Management (steering more than 5 people in matrix organization)

- Broad basis of technical qualifications especially SAP standard functions

- Know-how about IT applications used by internal customer within the company

- Focus on customer requirements and quality, Goal-oriented, Highly analytical and consultant thinking

- Outstanding communication and Fluency in English

- Ideally, you already acted as a project manager being solely responsible for the delivery of IT systems

- 1-3 years of experience in complex IT project work in an international environment

- 8+ years professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of IT application / implementation experience and project management experience in smaller scale projects, plus ability to manage larger scale projects.
