Senior Manager Training Business Management

Corporate Division: Training Academy
Division, located in Beijing/China
Employment – full time

Key Responsibility

- Facilitate the department head to develop Training Strategies and Operational strategies to meet business requirements. Responsible for Long-run planning and business cases.

- Optimization and implementation of operational processes and tools to maximize the efficiency of planning, budgeting and training operation management.

- Optimization training center management to make sure efficient support on training with safe, clean environment and training car, tools, equipment, training room support.

- Cooperation with other teams to develop and implement trainer qualification and assessment system.

- Development and implementation of training relevant policy, retail standard and bonus system to ensure the realization of training target at retail network.

- Development and maintenance of IT Systems to optimize the internal training operations, e-learning and retail training management.

- Ensures regular reporting and KPI analysis of dealer network personnel structure and competences.

- Regular alignment of related topic with BMW AG departments, regions and local central department.

- Preparation of Management and Decision Circle proposals.

- Other task assigned by line manager.

Qualification

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

- Solid knowledge of Training and Training Management

- Knowledge of Human Resource Development

- Good at people management and ability to steer and lead diverse team.

- Competency of understanding KPI reports

- Background in Business Administration/Marketing

- Background in Training Management and Planning

- Experience in BMW standard and processes

- Proficient in English. German is plus.
