岗位职责：

1、协助总裁做好经营各项管理并督促、检查落实贯彻执行情况；

2、协助总裁制定战略规划、年度经营计划及各阶段工作目标分解，起草集团公司各类正式文件；

3、协助总裁对集团各分/子公司进行管理，协调内部各分/子公司关系；

4、负责集团整体的各种制度与规范的建立与监督执行；

5、负责集团各项工作流程的建立与完善；

6、负责集团形象的建立与维护；

7、完成总裁交办的其他工作的督办、协调及落实任务。

任职资格：

1、35岁以下，本科以上学历，英语6级以上水平；男女不限

2、有五年以上大中型企业中层管理经验，具有营销及管理工作经验优先；

3、知识结构较全面，具有丰富的管理经验，了解法律及财务方面的知识，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识；

4、有较强的组织、协调、沟通、领导能力及人际交往能力以及敏锐的洞察力，具有很强的判断与决策能力，计划和执行能力；

5、有严密的逻辑思维能力和全面的分析判断能力，较强的统筹协调能力，书面及口头表达能力优秀；

6、责任心、事业心强，能承受工作压力，团队协作能力佳。
