工作地点: 赤湾

1. POSITION SUMMARY

This position is accountable to handle the daily inbound and outbound cargo operation works, system update, equipment dispatch, calculation & collection of detention and demurrage, extra charges for vessel calling HKG, YAT & CIW.

2.PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1) Making loading forecast to planner
2) Create and prepare loading list
3) Calculation & collection of detention and demurrage & extra charge
4) Input shipment correctly and timely
5) Equipment Interchange Receipt (EIR) issuing
6) Consulting daily inbound/outbound inquiry
7) PO input for CY related expenses

3.SKILLS REQUIREMENT

University graduate preferred
Fresh graduate is acceptable but minimum 1 year of working experience is preferred
Good command of computer skills, word, excel and other PC software
Good command of English & Mandarin
Good communication and problem solving skills
Working experience in related job or shipping business preferred
Knowledge of customs procedures and rules preferred
