职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Planning and monitoring daily warehouse in & out operation to avoid damage or inaccuracy; following up and ensuring the assigned work to be conducted correctly;
2. Management (benchmarking, negotiating, evaluating, etc) of local subcontract vendors related to transport, local forwarding agents, customs broker, etc;
3. Preparing all kinds of warehouse report/statistics/ investigation according to request;
4. Being responsible for warehouse contract edition & revision; maintaining the relationship with landlord;
5. Being in charge of worker and other warehouse employees' recruitment, training, management, evaluating and etc;
6. Establishing and practicing the related warehouse rules to ensure the warehouse clean and safe;
7. Management of accounting and administration in warehouse level;
8. Maintaining warehouse facilities and equipments in good condition; keeping fixed asset table updated correctly;
9. Realization of the RFQ & implementation for new project; creating cost model& solution design & SOP, etc;
10. Budget control in a project or local level;
11. Playing the role as backup to team member during her/his absence;
12. Any other task if required;
Requirement:
1. College degree or above;
2. Fluent in English in written and oral;
3. At least 5 years experience with warehouse management. Experience in import/export warehouse is a must;
4. Good negotiation and communication skill;
5. Good skill in problem solving and decision making;
6. Good sense of responsibility and organization;
7. Team Player;
8. Good knowledge on Microsoft office and other related IT software;
Remark: The location for this position is in Pudong District, Lingang New City and company provide shuttle bus near Jinjiang Park
