MISSION:

1) Organize and realize Incoming Control of Raw materials / metallic backplates / accessories
2) Support for material sourcing approval with central R&D
3) Responsible for the technical operations related to laboratory measurement
4) Management of calibration (Metrology) activities
5) Realization of PPAP documentation (Production Part Approval Process)
6) Follow up of Suppliers complaints


DUTIES:

Availability to read drawings and specifications
Ensure compliance with technical instructions for testing and control defined by ITT
Realise test and controls in link with ITT tests instruction
Evaluation and validation of test results

Maintaining availability of laboratory equipment
Editing and writing of laboratory documents in Chinese/English (MDP)
Managed inventory of supplies for testing

Manage schedule of calibration of measurement systems and identification of measurements systems
Realization of basics calibration activity, Follow up of calibration activities sub-contracted
Coordination of R&R studies

Realization of dimensional and physicals test on products
Writing of PPAP documentation for new products homologation

Opening and follow up of supplier’s non conformity (8D)

Management of correctives and preventive actions in link with laboratory activity
Management of indicators in link with laboratory activities


REQUIREMENTS:

1) BA degree above with majoring in chemistry or laboratory measurement knowledge (superior studies or experience)
2) 5 years experience in automotive or subcontractor industry expected
3) Knowledge of ISO TS 16949 or ISO 9001
4) PPAP documentation
5) Using of computer (pack office)
6) Fluent English speaking (write / reading and understanding)
7) Sense of order and organisation
8) Professionalism
9) Impartiality and objectivity
10) A bility to work as a team
11) Ability to contribute to continuous improvement
12) Availability to travels in Europe for ITT Training
