Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:

· Ensure immediate clarification of all quality related issues arising at our customers

· Investigate quality issues immediately at customer site

· Inform responsible quality engineer about details

· Collect all information that is required

· Co-ordinate all necessary activities within quality and production departments to get quick response customer questions/complaints

· Co-operate with Quality engineer, sales and key account manager to decide about containment and corrective actions

· Provide feedback to sales department / customer about all improvement actions

· Provide customer related reporting

Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:

· Technical background (Bachelor +), experience in related industry preferred

· Experience in quality standards (ISO 9001, QS9000)

· Fluent in English

· Strong analytical skills

· Decisiveness and social skills

Ability to represent the company to customers
