职位描述
工作职责:
1、有一年以上国际货运代理行业的工作经验者优先;
2、各物流信息收集、整理、反馈和异常处理,及时更新物流报价;
3、能够及时有效地处理解决客户投诉及异常事件,与客户建立良好的合作关系;
4、熟悉进出口物流操作的工作,熟悉国内运输路线和码头、海关基本常识;
5、负责货物重量体积核算、运费核算、数量清点、分拣派送等相关工作;
6、进出口货物的全程操作,各项报关单证、提单、帐单的制作及跟进;
7、负责录入应收应付费用,安排开发票事宜;
8、及时跟进客户最新信息及资料,保持与客户沟通,传递公司最新信息;
9、发布公司宣传资料,及时更新公司信息;
10、跟进客户帐款的回收,协助部门领导处理其他操作业务.
任职要求:
1、大专以上学历,熟练使用办公软件,懂基本英文 ;
2、 具有良好的沟通协调能力,反应敏捷,逻辑思维清晰,计划条理性强;
3、 具有货代公司或船务公司海运操作的工作经验,优先考虑;
4、为人诚实,工作认真、勤奋、细心、耐心、上进;
5、能承受一定工作压力,责任心强,善于沟通,工作稳定性;
6、进出口贸易、物流类相关专业,女性。
