职位描述
工作职责：
1、男女不限，大专或以上学历；
2、具物流或货代业务工作经验或国际物流客户资源者优先；
3、负责物流市场业务拓展工作，熟悉国际、国内空运/国际快递/运输业务及操作流程；
4、通过各种销售渠道，需求并分析潜在客户的可能性，主要以电话、网上的形式开发新客户，给客户提供报价、进出口业务咨询和物流方案；
5、负责现有客户的管理，挖掘发展新客户，寻找新业务增长点，维护公司的老客户，同时开发老客户其他产品；
6、与客户对帐，催款并收款，解决与客户间的简单纠纷，定期进行客户满意度调查。
任职要求：
1.一年以上物流同行业务工作经验，有客户资源者优先考虑，欢迎优秀应届生；
2.沟通能力强，具有敏税的市场洞察力,熟悉市场开拓流程；
3. 能够吃苦耐劳和敬业精神. 具有独立处理问题的能力和应变能力；
4、有良好的沟通协调能力，团队协助作精神；
5、反应敏捷，思路清晰，吃苦耐劳，勇于拼搏，善于激励与自我激励。
