岗位职责
1、全面负责庭院、家纺、厨卫五金类产品在eBay、速卖通等各大电子商务平台的规划，制订运营目标和运营计划，并组织及带领团队执行运营计划，完成运营目标；
2、根据市场及用户需求，统筹组织产品开发、采购、销售等工作的开展；
3、负责团队的建设和管理，建立内部管理制度、规范和标准及业务运营流程；
4、负责部门员工的培养与人才梯队建设。

岗位要求
1、男性，大专以上学历，五年以上工作经验，三年以上带领团队经验；
2、具备较强的执行力、目标导向，良好的领导及沟通协调能力；
3、熟悉庭院/家纺/厨卫五金类产品的供应市场或销售市场者优先；
4、善于使用各项数据工具，具有较强的数据分析能力；
5、充满激情，并能够承受较大的工作强度和工作压力。
