Responsibilities:
1. Formulate sustainable land planning for the development and management of urban and suburban areas, typically analyzing land use compatibility as well as economic, environmental and social trends
2. Lead the planning process to deliver the planning works
3. Participate in the evaluation and realignment of urban planning strategies in reference to market studies, sales plans, and feasibility studies, as required
4. Hold public meetings and confer with government, developers and stake holders to develop the large-scale planning of communal and commercial developments, as well as public facilities and transportation systems
5. Keep informed about economic and legal issues involved in zoning codes, building codes, and environmental regulations
6. Assist in conducting field investigations, surveys, impact studies or other research in order to compile and analyze data on economic, social, regulatory, and physical factors affecting master plan
7. Consult with and coordinate activities with architects, engineers, project managers and other disciplines on multiple and complex projects


Requirements:
1. Degree holder or above in urban planning or related majors from a recognized Chinese or Foreign Tertiary Institution
2. Minimum 8 years relevant experience in credited companies
3. Familiar with the procedure of urban planning and real estate development in mainland China, thoroughly and well understand the systematic design knowledge of urban planning, as well as experience in urban planning and coordination
4. Design experience and specialty on sustainability and eco-city is required
5. Excellent communication skills and team work spirit, responsible and self-motivated
6. Good command of both verbal and written English
7. Proficiency in related urban planning design software
