职位描述
1. Position summary
This position has primary accountability to take care of WMS Account through daily communication and documentation with customer, vendor, warehouse, trucking & carrier as required.
2. Key accountabilities
- Master and monitor the related logistics procedure of this customer and resolve the problems on daily operation;
- Communicate and push the related parties to smooth all inbound &outbound shipments;
- Make and submit related reports including inventory report for every month, receiving report for every inbound shpt and shipment report for every outbound shpt or others as required by customer;
- Complete all data input including ACS&WMS required by our company and other required by customer rightly and timely;
- Ensure accurate billing to customers/vendors and payment to suppliers;
- Hand in accrual report for every period timely and make P&L as required.
3. Minimum requirments
- College or above
- 0-2 years working experiences
- PC Skills ( basic office application soft wear);
- Good learning Skills and communication skills
- Willing to work overtime
- Mandarin and English are required
- Relevant knowledge about trading and transportation
