主要职责：
1.MI（W/I）制作及产品流程设计及ECO执行；
2.生产线日常品质跟进（相关工艺坏机分析并改善）及客户投诉问题分析及对策；
3.来料及设计问题分析并反馈到相关部门改善；
4.生产线效率改善（IE七手法及消除生产线七大浪费）；
5.关键装配夹具设计；
6.楼层LAYOUT；
7.标准工时（含返工工时）评估；
8.直接量产产品跟进及相关问题改善及反馈等。

任职要求：
1.二年以上大型电子厂IE/PE工作经验，熟悉元件成型/波峰焊/ 手焊/装配/超声波/端子加工/CABLE加工及装配/热啤/脉冲焊接/机加工等电子厂基本工艺，具备一定的动手能力。
2.熟悉IE七手法及AUTO CAD，对SPC七手法，IPC610，精益生产(VSM),FMEA,6 SIGMA等有一定的认识。
3.具有良好的英语阅读能力。
4.性格开朗，责任性强，合作性好，具团队精神。
