1. 中专以上学历，电子技术相关专业毕业或有一定的电子电路理论知识.
2. 从事PE或者技术员工作3年以上，熟悉相关仪器的使用，测试架、夹具的制作，熟悉生产工艺的编排及工艺要求指导.
3. 具备较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，能分析不良问题及提出工程更改和落实．
4. 责任心强，工作细致，有上进心，能不断提升知识和技能水平，能处理好同事间的合作、协调关系.
5. 爱好电子技术，勤于学习，有意向电子技术方向发展.
