We are an online retail and are expanding our customer service team in China.

Now we have an exciting opportunity within the Customer Service Department for an exceptional Customer Service Professional.

The department assists customers with general enquiries and any order related matters.

As part of the customer service team, you will be responsible for:
1. replying email to our customers' enquiries: order related or products related

2. contacting warehouse team in Hong Kong, Australia to help with order related issues or modifications

3. other related tasks assigned to you

Experience
working in an email based, fast paced and pressured environment is
essential, along with a friendly phone manner and excellent
administration skills. A good working knowledge of Microsoft
applications is also required and excellent written English.
