Job Summary:

Be responsible for sales supporting functions, including: handling customer inquiries & complaints/RFQ / Tender Management/SOP setup

Job Description:
1. Support Sales to prepare quotations and response for rate enquiries (overseas or local customers) for Sales when necessary

2. Be the main frontline customer contact window for pricing and coordinate with products dept. for commercial purpose.

3. Troubleshoot of service related issues/problems in close co-operation with local operation departments.

4. As the back up to take care of all customers related matters during the absence of sales

5. Outstanding payment monitor, check with internal colleagues and clarification with customer if problem of delay is related to quotations/procedures/claims.

Job Qualification:

1. College degree or above & CET-4 or above level.

2. Mature, presentable and independent with good interpersonal skills.

3. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with positive working attitude, attentive to details

4. Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin. Cantonese is preferred.

5. Computer literate: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

6. 2 years above working experience in logistics industry with customer service/operation background.

7. Knowledge of International Trade, Transportation and relevant Laws, Regulations, Process and Procedures.
