Job Description:

1) Well communicate with IBM departments, forwarders and other Logistics supplier to ensure timely shipping, uplift, and
delivery.
2) Prepare accurate documentation, reporting and analysis, to manage KPI status.
3) Closely follow up issues, complaints, requests from related parties.
4) Get familiar with industry standards and best practise.

Requirement:
1) Bachelor degree or above.
2) At least 2 years working experience.
3) Good skills in communication, coordination, negotiation and analysis.
4) Good English both in written and spoken.
5) Familiar with Excel/Wword/PPT.
