Summary (overall purpose of the position)

· Work with internal department colleague and follow up QA aspects during project development and production

· RMA defective analysis

· Support product development by performing product testing during development stage

· Liaise with customer on requirements

· All QA adhoc projects


Responsibilities (Essential duties and responsibilities including type of supervision needed, level of discretion, and any supervisory responsibilities.)

· Works with project and design engineering to develop compliance test plans to meet customer and regulatory compliance

· Serve as key contact for input and interpretation of all issues that impact quality and compliance

· Lead worldwide compliance testing and certification including the submission and communication process with test labs and certification entities.

· Document review and improve processes to ensure a seamless regulatory certification process for all new products.

· Prepare and maintain accurate and up to date internal and external regulatory administrative and technical documentation

· Keep current on product quality and compliance trends and regulation through a proactive approach in researching and interpreting new regulations and directives

· Product Testing and reporting,

· RTP writing.

· Retailer auditing.

· Factory testing programme with respect to Country Regulations

· Adhoc Projects

Qualifications (Relevant education, experience, and knowledge, skills, and abilities)

University graduate
Minimum of 2 years' working experience in the Consumer Electronic field, preferably in electronic game products in MNC environment.
Knowledge of Cpk, SPC and other quality tools.
Proactive, energetic, independent and can play as a team player
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin are required.
