Job Description

- Responsible for product testing. Define quality test plan,
specification, and reliability test standard.
- Heavily involve in new
product development, in charge of design validation, mechanical, electrical,
firmware and programming
- Participate in RFQ process, set up standard and
requirement
- Support every pilot run, evaluate sample, helping NPD on
product debug and validation, making recommendation on DFM
- Handling and
enforcing all safety compliance and regulatory such as UL, FCC, EMC, ROHS, ErP,
Energy Star, Mfi etc
- Responsible for customer return FMEA, locate root
cause and drive for continue improvement on product design
- Helping the
factory to set up testing, process control

Requirements
1.
Degree holder in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
2. 4-5 years quality
specific work experience in consumer electronics, audio and computer input
device prefer
3. Familiar with regulatory requirement in CPSIA, EN71, Safety
and EMC testing criteria etc
4. Knowledge in design quality control,
manufacturing with gaming peripheral product.
5. Good in English writing and
reading.
