As the logistics leader for our Shenzhen and Hong Kong business, He/She is in charge shipping teams composed of over 10 persons. Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of a logistics operation to ensure consistent high level service quality, cost efficient operation, and compliance with company policies and procedures, and internal control requirement. The ideal candidate will have experience driving process improvement in a scalable and cost effective way. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced logistics leader to drive change and accept the challenge.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee daily operations of shipping and ensure optimal shipping operations.
• Use the systematic methodology to develop strategies, policies and procedures to improve the overall logistics process and cost-effectiveness to maximize utilization of resources
• Monitor closely with vendors and forwarders on shipment schedule to ensure customer order fulfillment
• Check, review, and organize all trade-related import and export activities.
• Oversee administrative functions to ensure all paperwork (import/export document etc) is processed efficiently and in a timely manner and meets all compliance requirements.
• Maintain performance statistics and ensure accurate record keeping of all operational documents. Prepare regular management reports for senior management review
• Make decision on a cost effective contracts/agreements with vendors/forwarders to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Motivate staff and develop effective working relationship with peers, executive and customers. Coach, develop and motivate team members to ensure the business is executed in line with Company’s direction and procedures.
• Develop delivery options and transportation strategies to ensure effective logistic services and execute those strategies effectively.
• You will also assist in other ad-hoc projects such as operational control and process review, system implementation, etc.

Work Experience and Skills:

• University graduate in Logistics Management or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years experience in shipping operations with at least 5 years in managerial position. Warehouse experience is an advantage.
• Must have solid knowledge in ERP system.
• Must possess strong leadership skills, flexibility, initiative, and the ability to think creatively.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and possess excellent organization and time management skills, be self-motivated and energetic.
• Analytical, strong problem solving skills and interpersonal skills
• Experience in garment and footwear label and ticket manufacturing industries would be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, sound managerial and analytical mind with good business acumen and “hands-on” approach are essential
• Ability to tackle additional duties and challenges as the firm continues to grow rapidly.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; specifically in both spoken and written English and Mandarin and Cantonese.

公司福利：
1. 入职即买六险一金，医疗为深圳综合医疗(一档)，免费购买平安意外险；
2. 每月5号发上月工资；
3. 公司提供住宿(宿舍2-4人/间，每人一套上下铺床位，宿舍有热水器、饮水机等设备，员工需要承担部分宿舍费用约150元/月以内），餐补13元/天，园区有食堂，公司内部有冰箱&微波炉；
4. 年假：按国家标准放假 + 每年至少5天带薪年假（入职后即可享受年假，工作满一年享受5天年假，每工作满一年增加一年，封顶12天。社会工龄满20年的职工可享15天年假）
5. 生产线人员底薪不低于2620元/月，5 天8小时工作制，工作日加班1.5倍工资，周末加班2倍工资，法定节假日加班3倍工资；
6. 生产人员上夜班，补贴40元/晚 (30元津贴+10元夜宵津贴)，半月调班一次
