岗位职责
1、专业人员职位，在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
2、跟踪订单的生产进度，安排产品的发货；
3、负责样品的申请、收集及分发，接待客户等销售辅助工作；
4、负责对帐及催收货款工作；
5、组织进行客户投诉或退货的处理，并将结果反馈给办事处或客户。

任职资格
1、英语4级以上，听，说，读，写能力强；
2、有业务跟单工作经验3年以上，有婴儿用品、日用品业务相关工作经验优先；
3、负责接单，产品报价，样品及量产进度跟催，日常与客户沟通；
4、性格活泼开朗，抗压能力好，善于与人沟通，细心、认真；
5、熟悉贸易跟单操作流程，了解相关供应市场；
6、熟练运用office办公软件；
7、具有团队精神，较强的沟通、谈判能力，责任心强。
上班时间：朝九晚六，大小周。
