Responsibilities:

1.Responsible to the evaluation of safety performance of engineering products/samples and/or final products to comply with the importing and exporting countries', Client's and Creata's requirement independently and cascading all abnormal findings to the superior
2.Responsible to the evaluation of functional performance of engineering/samples and/or final products to comply with Product Specification, Clients' and customer expectation independently and cascading all abnormal findings to superior
3.Evaluate and establish products/samples foreseeable use requirement
4.Responsible to design test tools and fixture
5.Provide guidance to laboratory technicians when required.
6.Responsible to maintain or monitor the internal and factory QA laboratory quality system per ISO 17025
7.Interpret and communicate quality requirements/criteria to factories and Creata QC
8.Supervise the integrative of factory samples to third party laboratory for feasibility / intervention test
9.Understand and evaluate product structure and design in order to meet safety and functional requirements, provide alternatives for improvement when required
10.Post project critique for lessons learned to prevent repeat issue

Requirements:

1.Education: Bachelor Degree with major of science or engineering,
2.English ability: Good reading and writing skill, equivalent to CET4 level.
3.3 or more years working experience in quality control/assurance, manufacturing engineering in the field of customer goods (toys, hardline, electronic, etc.)
-Good knowledge of quality management system and system auditing;
-Understanding of manufacturing process and Technology
-Solid experiences of toy production process control;
-Fundamental knowledge of toy safety requirements for US/EU.
-Skillful statistics knowledge to analyze product and production compliance or capability;
-Independently develop production process control plan to identify critical process and relevant control/test plan;
-Be capable of detecting non-compliance happening from production control and system requirement implementation;
4.Communication skill:
-Report, timely and precisely, any finding regarding product/production/system;
-Skill to negotiate with factory to make the improvements happen in time.
