e. 熟练运用质量管理工具及方法，进行品质数据的统计与分析；并将统计分析结果进行合理应用；
f. 具有较强的原则性，纪律性，执行力及良好的自我管理能力；
g. 有较好的品质管理技巧，良好的质量意识，高度的责任心，较好的亲和力、团队管理能力。
